Adluh Yellow Flake Biscuit Mix is a complete biscuit mix blended from enriched soft wheat flour. It is easy to use since only water, milk or buttermilk must be added, and can be used in a variety of applications.

Uses: buttermilk biscuits, pancakes, waffles, cobblers and pot pies

Ingredients: enriched bleached wheat flour, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils, hydrogenated soybean oil), corn syrup solids, salt, sugar, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium caseinate, lecithin, mono and diglycerides, artificial flavor, and beta carotene.
