Adluh Flour is an "Award Winning" soft wheat short patent flour milled from a blend of #1 and #2 grade soft red winter wheat. Its milling formulation has been constant since 1926. It is bleached and enriched and is available in both plain and self-rising.

Uses: cookies, cakes of all types (high ratio on special order), pastry products, pie crusts, waffles, pancakes, doughnuts, crackers, wafers and pretzels. Also excellent for dusting purposes.

Ingredients: bleached soft wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, salt, phosphate and soda.
