Uses: As a coating for chicken, fish, seafood, pork chops, country steak and other meats. Also works well on potato wedges, okra and other vegetables.

Ingredients: enriched soft wheat flour, salt, monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, pepper, and other spices.
